I am disgusted with your service regarding my smartphone. I was supposed to receive it 15 April, I didn't! I also didn't get any updates despite being told that I would. Mr Elroy Jenniker called me only ONCE since I placed a complaint on HelloPeter TWO WEEKS AGO and NEVER again!!! I tried to email him to get an update and I get no response. He never even left a phone number where I can call him. Just shows how interested he was in satifsying the customer. GREAT SERVICE ELROY JENNIKER!! I am absolutely furious with FNB's pathetic service on this smartphone! Why dont you just admit you buggered up my order and you don't know how on earth to fix it! And please, Mr whatever, do not reply and tell me one of your service agents will contact me to resolve. Been there done that! I want the phone now!!!
