Still no response

Still no feedback. You are the beep bank that you falsely advertisethat you are not. FNB you are a big joke. Please see my original complaint below dated 05 February 2013 and below that your response.

My salary was being garnished and it is now paid up. I had contacted the attorney in regards to a paid up letter and a rescission of judgement and they told me that they cannot assist me as the file is now with FNB.
I had also contacted MAREVEDI, FNB KILLARNEY, FNB LEGAL and now finally MorrisDuncan to no avail.
I spoke to him on the 17 January 2013 and still no response. THis is not acceptable from a highly reputable bank like FNB. Please can you urgently assist me as this amount is on my ITC and I would like to get this judgement cleared.
