I was inquiring about a tablet settlement, for a device that I got through FNB (AWESOME). And within 48 hours, I received a very detailed response from Shane. He said that in future I could contact him directly and he will gladly assist me personally. I have not had any issues with FNB that could not be resolved within 48-72 hours, their client service is really great! Thanx FNB!!!
