Great assistance and promp and efficient service

I had difficulties in obtaining my contract for a tablet purchased through FNB. Seemed to get nowhere untill Shane Raynor from FNB stepped in to assist. He was prompt efficient and has a great attitude and sent my documents without any delay.

Really a pleasure to be assisted by him.
