Shockingly Disgusting Service - Tablet Smartphone

Hi, I have been holding for 20 minutes now trying to get through to the FNB Tablet Smartphone Sales department to find out what my settlement value is, all one hears is "We are experiencing high call volumes", this has now been the same story for almost 2 weeks of me trying to get through. The calls are expensive, the number is also not part of the "FNB app free numbers". Do you only employ 1 person?? Can someone please contact me regarding my settlement value urgently.
