I have dealt with Yvonne personally at two separate occasions. I find her to be informative on the all the products that African Bank provides and is friendly, helpful, has a great attitude and delivers awesome customer service to her clients. On Saturday 9th February 20132 at 09h00 I took my husband to her for a loan application so to fix his second car. Once again her service was awesome. I will most definitely refer anyone to her in the future for financial assistance. Usually a person feels bad asking for financial assistance but Yvonne is helpful and caring. She takes all the comfortableness out of the situation. Thank you Yvonne you are a star.
