Im a very off with FNB. I recently requested a settlement letter on my short-term loan and was promised that i will get it between 24-48 hours. When the 24hrs passed, I called to inquire if my request was processed and i was told that they can see my request on the system... Great.

So, I asked the agent how far in the process is my request but he failed to give me an answer. I kindly ask, if i can expect the letter in 48hours since they were not able to supply in in 24hrs. To my surprise, this agent Wesley tells me that its 24-28 working hours and considering that they work 8 hours a day, that means i will only get the settlemet letter in 6 days (8 x6= 48). This was not EVER mentioned to me before that THEIR 48hrs takes 6 working days.

WHY IS FNB SELLING FALSE, TURN-AROUND TIME!!! In future do make it LOAD AND CLEAR that your 48hrs means 8hours x 6days =48hrs.

Please dont reply with the generic Hellopeter response, "we apologise for the misundertanding and your reference number is etc".

I want results not apology response emails!!! An apology response will drive me crazy.
