I called this pathetic bank, as i unfortunately bank with them, and as per usual, they give you pathetic excues.
i requested that they email me a proof that i am indeed a client and that my account is active, thats all, no personal info.
they tell me that they you must go into a branch, request it and come back again in 24 hours. that as i pointed out is a waste of my time and theyt say, How is that a watse of your time if you need it.
its pathetic service and totally bull if you ask me.
