Pathetic call centre

Called to rectify multi loan as it was paid but kept saying declined to non payment even though it was deducted called them and they advised they need to review this and never got back to me this is pathetic service its the 3rd time i had a bad expeariance with them, they advertise nice and service i need a new bank that actually treats me like a client
