I have a particular pet hate, that is going into any bank. I am also a grumpy old.

So when i lost my debit card and had to go into the bank, I was particularly unimpressed about this.

I walked into the branch and then was met by this lovely young lady, who told me that she would have to stop the card and then i would have to come back in 2 working days. I nearly took off and started mumbling under my breath about bad service etc, etc, etc

Chantal then said she would have to ask me some security questions. The only negative I have is that Chantal did not explain that it was to help me then I started mumbling again and Chantal then told me that it would be so that she could assist me sort the card now.

Chantal was polite, charming and I would like to thank her for making this grumpy old farts visit to the branch, a pleasure
