Capitec, I have been in business for more than 20 years with the same bank who has recently refused me a home-loan without any reasons provided. I trade from home and the business has grown so much that we can barely function due to lack of space. I decided if loyalty means so little to them, I will from now on do what is in my own best interests. I changed to Capitec's Speedpoints, who offered me a much better deal. Up and above the better deal, I have NEVER had such friendly, efficient and punctual service. My extra devices for Hobby-X were delivered on time, a problem was sorted out asap and Andre is as punctual as clockwork with his appointments. He may be young, but made extra sure I knew how to work all the terminals. Paperwork is already filled in for me, I just have to sign! I even get an sms when a terminal does not bank on time. YOU ARE AMAZING! If you open business banking as well as cheque accounts and credit cards, i will move over the rest of my business in a flash!
