Sworn residential affidavits not acceptable to Sat

For my sons birthday, I mistakenly thought it would be a good idea to give him Satrix "shares". Turns out that it is nearly impossible for a student residing at home to meet the FICA requirements that Satrix lays down. Apparently a sworn affidavit stating the home address is insufficient. "Some one else needs to sign it as well".
