On 5 March 2013, I requested a refund for bank charges and other charges that I had due to a double debit order from my account. I send all the relevant info and documents to the email address provided by the consultant. He assured me that all costs will be refunded to me with interest. I was refunded only a part of the amount and after 15 minutes on the phone trying to speak to a person that can assist me, I gave up. Epic fail by Nedbank. Again.
