Absa ignores missionary's plea for explanation

I am stuck in Zimbabwe without money due to a problem in transferring funds from my Absa account. This is the third day and I cannot get home. I have asked Absa to please respond urgently to my request for an explanation as to why the transfer of money from my account cannot take place. I have spent all my cash on airtime in an attempt to contact them by phone and have sent dozens of emails asking them to please tell me what is the problem.
