WHERE IS MY MONEY?

I made a payment into a wrong account. I reported this to ABSA and they advised I send a mail to [Email Removed] in which they replied sorry my reversal was unsuccessful. The person who wrongfully got payed has MY money and probably spent it!!! In other words he spent money. In the mail from ABSA I need to contact the customer directly, but how should this be done if ABSA does not take up this matter that could have the details of the 3rd party. ABSA simply says sorry we can't help and we can't trace you're your money have a nice day. My question is WHERE is my money?? You advise I should get a court order which means I need to get a lawyer... let's not forget I still need to settle my account with another party. I can't afford them to sue me and then I also have to pay them twice. If they can't trace the money or the third party where did this money go??? I can't understand why this payment cannot be reversed how difficult can it be. MY MONEY has to be somewhere and I want to know where. If the third party has Insufficient funds that's not my problem as the money was in his account and he it. This sounds to me like a crime!!!
