I financed my vehicle through Honda Finance, run by Wesbank.
In about March this year I got a call from Hollard saying I must prove my car is insured (2 years into my agreement). I asked them to send me a mail and I would forward my proof of insurance. I am still waiting for that email.
This month, I get the policy loaded onto my account. I want to know from Wesbank, was your sale of an insurance product FAIS compliant? What will you do to investigate the call center agent who did not send me the email?
