Nimbles try to collect debt from 2009 and refuse to write if off since prescription apply.
No notification were received that the debt is outstanding & I were not aware of any amounts due to or outstanding. I paid everything that were outstanding in 2009. In Oct 2013 I received a notification, by post, that an amount needs to be paid to Nimbles, Wesbank sold the debt to them.
On various occasions my daughter requested Nimbles & Wesbank to provide proof that they informed me of the amount outstanding & we still wait for it.

Hannet, Visser from Wesbank is also no help & keep referring me back to Nimbles. Surely Wesbank should have ensured that I received notification of the debt or tried to contact me, which they did not.
Can someone please assist to get this issue resolved.
