Disrespectful to Customers

I called Wesbank 8:44 to assist my father in obtaining his vehicle's papers. My father is unemployed with an injured foot and does not have the time or energy to go into a branch himself. My father has requested that I request his orignal car papers as he has paid up the car. I am disgusted in the manner in which my call was handled by Edwin and Faith, do you refer to your customers as BABA? are you serious?? and then I was told that I am 3rd party and it gave the right to speak me as they please??? All I need to know is how I can assist my father in requesting his car's original papers.
