I am deeply distressed at your company's shabby administration! After my telecon with one of Wesbanks service agents on Friday 13 Dec 2013 to arrange to have my original vehicle registration docs collected (which according to Chadwin from Wesbank takes 2 working days to clear) I was told yesterday that the papers cant be released because there is an amount outstanding. Now according to an email I received from a Ms. Dawn Chothia, Wesbank Customer Accounts Officer at Wesbank on 16 May 2013 3:44:54 PM SAST she is quoted as follows "According to our system your account was closed on 16/04/2013. Therefore no further payments were required on the account." After a few other enquiries, I have now too discovered that your company has ITC'd my name. Here's what I want you to do to remedy this situation WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!..1. Remove my name off ITC which originates from Wesbank; 2. A formal written apology from Wesbank and 3. Wesbank same day couriers all my vehicle papers to my residential address!!! I was preparing to leave today with the said vehicle to visit friends across the border which is now ruined TOO!! SHAME ON YOU WESBANK AND SHAME ON FIRSTRAND BANK LIMIITED!
