Bad Attitude from Wesbank agent Dylan from Title

I am selling my car, and the person who is buying it is being financed by Wesbank. Title Guard is appointed by Wesbank to facilitate the deal. The guy by the name of Dylan from Title Guard is asking for way too may documents, he sent me documentation which I signed and sent back to him, he then asked for the settlement letter from the bank, I informed him that there was no bank involved when I bought the car since I paid for it cash, he then asked for proof of payment which I printed an EFT slip from the internet, he then asked for the previous owner's settlement letter, the previous owner does not have this docs anymore since he bought the car a long time ago. I do not understand why so many documents, I have given the guy vehicle registration papers which clearly state that the car is in my name, proof of address, proof of payment, car registration papers, I am being told by the buyer that she has been advised to look for another car. I feel like my integrity is being questioned by this guy more than anything else, I think this is a issue, it does not click in his mind that a black person can buy a Mercedes cash. I being made to feel like a criminal by this guy.
