I made a homeloan application via my account manager and that was the Thursday before easters and to this day i have not yet recieved information as to whether i qualify or not. All that i get are requests for documentation that i have already sent them and resent, somehow the application is not progressing and nobody can give a straight answer as to what the problem is. each time i speak to a different consultant and they tell me a different story. How long does this process take and what is required from one
