Still no introduction

On 22 January 2013 I wrote a report regarding the fact that my business banker at ABSA had resigned and :
1. I was not informed
2. I was not introduced to the new person handling my portfolio

I had a call a few days later from someone at ABSA who tried to put my mind at ease that everything was going to be sorted out soon, it is now 14 March 2013 and still nothing. I have items of concern that I need addressed and have no idea whom to contact, speak to, see etc... It is absolutely disgusting that a financial institution feels it is acceptable to conduct business in this manner... You are dealing with peoples money and thus their livlihood, don't you think you should take your jobs a little more seriously.

I am utterly disgusted by the lack of regard for not only myself, but my business too.
