We have an ABSA paypoint in our business, which we have had for over 2 years, and despite email and phonecalls to ABSA's hopeless client services, we still have never received a single financial statement for it. When I queried this, a virtually illiterate person wrote back to me in hopeless English devoid of a single capital letter, comma or full stop. Had we known ABSA were so incompetent, we'd never have given our business to them.
