ABSA Business Integrator are having such shocking technical problems - you can't upload beneficiaries, you can't get in to make a payment - why bother having the system if you cannot use it. Peoples salaries cannot be paid, creditors cant be paid - the affects are huge on a business and staff!
And you phone the customer care call centre - the staff response is: there's nothing we can do to help you!!
But they will charge you with no problem or questions asked - that's what you get when you choose ABSA pathetic service!!
And that's the reason why I will be taking my business to FNB!!
