Received a call from Yashin Ramkelawan this morning apologised for none delivery of iNatis documents he promised to have them delivered today March 13th 2013 by end of business today, but by 15h00 nothing happens i call MFC a division of Nedbank to find out the status of my request i speak to Simphiwe who says the documents will be dispatched (after consulting someone) by end of business today and should expect them by Friday then we get cutoff i call again this time i talk to Thabiso who tells me the documents are with FEDEX and gives me a tracking no. MFC641306001 (which doesn't exist) i ask to be transfered to the head of securities Hanesh come on the line he doesn't have an idea what going on first he tells me they will be delivered latest by Friday or they could be return to them and have them delivered tomorrow morning this time for real. I spent about an hour on the phone and i still have no idea whats happening I wonder who's going to pay for all these calls i've been making nevermind time waisted but MFC a division of Nedbank has been paid in full they couldn't careless about the little guy FEDUP
