Always a pleasure

I once again realised today why I love dealing with the Discovery Platinum Card help desk (0860 11 7528).

No matter what the query, they always manage to be helpful and efficient - even when a system is not working. Nicole today efficiently transferred me to Richard who manage to assist me in two ticks. I did not have to give him any of my details again - he knew who I was and could pick up exactly where she left off.

This is why I will continue to be a Discovery Credit Card holder despite my transactional accounts being with Standard Bank. Well done Discovery!
