I am not happy with your company and your fees and I am moving my credit card over to FNB as a platinum card holder I am not very happy as you are charging a ridiculous interest rate of 25% I mean you are killing us with this and I should think that you would give us a more prefable interest rate as I have my medical aid, life insurance, credit card and I was considering moving my insurance over to you guys I mean my premiums are about R7500 per month that I spend with you, I am on classic comprehensive medical aid and pay for this all out of my own pocket. I always settle my credit card on time in time sometimes I even transfer R 25000 into that account to settle it. One of your consultants could of at least called me and offered me a better rate but no it's all about milking the consumer for everything which I find disgusting.
