Complaint logged 2 weeks ago re: incorrect debit. To date I have not been reimbursed with the R300 I was overcharged.
Ronald Govender has told me that this will reflect in my account for the latest by Monday. Guess what, still nothing! This Contact Centre's service is a JOKE! I've worked in a Contact Centre before and the service I gave clients was nothing in comparison to this. I constantly have to follow up with Ronald. I call for him, he is in meetings (I've heard this one too many times!) Pathetic - and this is my mother's first month of membership. I am considering moving to EssentialMed instead.
