I am under debtcounselling since 01/2011 and tthe debt counsellers pay Nedbank an amount everymonth. I get constant phonecalls from Nedbank twice to three times a mont for payments. Example they phoned me on th 14, 17 and 19th of Sept, and everytime I explain to them that I am under debt counselling and everytime they say they do not have me on record. I have faxed thru the required documents on 17/09 to 0867234595 and on 19/9 to 0865233092 and emailed it to [Email Removed] The debtcounsellers also emailed it to nedbank, but still theyharras me with their phone calls and they do get rude towards me because I get fustrated to explain the samestory over and over, and it cost me alot to fax, and email the documenfs to them. I am sick of this and Iado not want these calls and explanations to continue. I have send the documents and a letter to Nedbanks Ombudsman aswell. I do not have these problems with anyother bank only NEDBANK.
