Monthly chargers after cancelling my account

Good Day,

on the 3 October 2012 i went into FNB Blue Route to cancel my credit card.
The gentleman who assisted assured me that the account was cancelled and cut up my card.
At the end of Feb i checked my statement only yo discover that i'm still being charged bank chargers on the account and that the account was still open.
I went into FNB blue route on the 27 Feb and after waiting over 40 minutes i spoke to a Timothy who assisted me in cancelling my account. He informed me that that the account would be cancelled.
Two days later i discovered that the account was closed but the bank chargers that i'd been paying for over 5 months weren't refunded back into my account.
I went back into the branch and after waiting another 30 minutes to be helps i was promised that the funds should reflect in my account in 5 working days.
It is now the 12 march and I'm still waiting for the funds to be reversed back into my account.
I've got all the paperwork from when the card was cut up on the 3rd October to the actual closure on the 27th Feb.
