STANDARD BANK REFUSES TO REFUND MONEY

ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM STANDARD BANK STATING THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF R1619.74 WHICH WAS BECAUSE THE BANK HAD OVERCHARGED THE SOUTH AFRICAN PUBLIC IN SERVICE FEES. I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THEM AND GAVE THEM THE BANKING DETAILS WHERE I WANT THEM TO DEPOSIT MY MONEY. THEY TOLD ME IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 2-3 WORKING DAYS. ABOUT A WEEK LATER I PHONED THEM AGAIN AND THEN THEY TOLD ME TO WRITE A LETTER WHICH I DID. NOW THEY TELL ME THAT I CANNOT GET THE MONEY THEY WILL DEPOSIT IT INTO MY BOND ACCOUNT. I ASK YOU WHEN I PAY MY BOND DO THEY BOTHER TO ASK WHERE THE MONEY IS COMING FROM OR FROM WHICH ACCOUNT IT IS COMING FROM. NO THEY ONLY WORRIED ABOUT THEIR MONEY. SO TOO IT IS ONLY FAIR THAT THEY DEPOSIT IT INTO THE ACOUNT I ASK THEM TO DEPOSIT INTO. IT SEEMS STANDARD BANK ARE WHO JUST WANT TO POOR PEOPLES MONEY. BECAUSE THEY ARE A BIG CORPORATION THEY FEEL THEY CAN ROB THE POOR MAN . THIS IS TOTTALLY UNFAIR. STANDARD BANK ARE THIEVIES. AFTER ALL IT IS MY MONEY THEY ARE.
