I popped into Absa ER Mall to cash out a trust and put my name on the list to see a consultant. The woman then helped another lady who was there after me in the que. When she eventually finished with that client I had been waiting 45 mins already, she saw the line of people waiting to be assisted but she got up and left to take her lunch. She did not say she was taking lunch or inform the people waiting that she will not be back for an hour. This kind of service is unacceptable! How can you take lunch when the bank is full of clients and there is no one else to assist! Absa has just lost a client!
