Hi a recurring trend with absa bank seems to be the inability to successfully assist their customers telephonicaly i have now just once too often been advised to phone another division of absa only to have them tell me to phone the original division i had been speaking to only moments before please do not get me wrong its not that the people are unfriendly or not willing to try and help im just tired of my continual struggle to reach the appropriate department
