Poor service and Bad Attitude

05/04/2013, I went to the Bellville FNB branch on my lunch time to do a cash deposit, when i got the there was a big queue but only 2 consultants help us and each took more than 10min to assist a client. others said to be on lunch, and people on queue saying they le ft seeing the queue of people waiting for service. the 3rd consultant came after 30min. I got there finally to the till and the consultant Lorin Klasste did not even greet me let alone smile. jsut took money and on the side kept chatting with her collegue while in waiting there in the last minutes of my Lunch, she continued to chat while processing the deposit then gave me my receipt. This is not the 1st occasion, we always receive this kind of service and it is uncalled for.
