Always gives me the wrong information

Poor service and most consultants sit around during lunch-rush hour. Their consultants go to the toilet and never comes back during lunch while a long queue is waiting to be helped. I don't understand why Absa Bank closes 15:30 each day in the week because non-bank-related workers work until 16:30. I would love to work for absa to give poor service for only 6hours and get well paid by their clients bank charges.

In October I went to absa during my lunch to reset my password on my internet banking. Ask the lady if it is done correctly and she said it is. I went back to the office to find its not been done. I went back and talked to the manager because it is poor service. I explicitly ask her "Did you reset it correctly" and se confirmed that she did.

I went to the same absa today but before going I phoned absa confirming if I should bring certain documents. They said its not necessary to bring the documents. I got there and they ask for the documents???

ABSA POOREST SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY!! I'm leaving absa
