Very disappointed in my bank

I applied for a credit card at Pinelands branch and was declined. Janine then asked me for ITC docs so she could motivate for a credit card for me. The funny thing is that I was told I qualify for private banking but I cannot get something as simple as a credit card! I share 2 bonds with my husband but don't contribute towards them as our rental income from other properties covers the bonds. I have an excellent credit record and more than enough disposable income. I have a credit card with Nedbank and an Edgars credit card that I want to consolidate with 1 credit card at Standard Bank. I would then cancel the other 2 but my bank does not seem to want to help me with this.i have asked Janine for feedback via email but no response. I complained on the Standard Bank website over a week ago but have not received any feedback. I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years but I really feel like Standard Bank does not look after their clients. I am seriously considering changing banks! I have never experienced such bad customer service before! Shocking!
