So after my complaint lodged on Hello Peter... Nothing has changed. I received an email saying my details have been changed and that someone would contact me, after not receiving an sms I figured that they still hadn't. Put old sim in a phone and guess what? 2 calls from standard bank and sms es saying my number has been changed (and no reply to the email I sent during the week). No one had sent an email to get confirmation on my cellphone number not even when it went to voice mail twice because it's off! Now whoever switches on my sim gets all MY NOTIFICATIONS which is very irritating... Cause now people know exactly what I am spending money on and how much is in my account. If someone would please just grow a brain and send an email, so I can phone with the CORRECT number I would appreciate it because guess if I don't run after Standard Bank they will not do anything for you. Thanks for nothing AGAIN...
