My husband was involved in an accident on 13/08/2013. It was not his fault. I contacted my insurance, spoke to Joseph Rakgata and explained my problem. Within a day I received a letter from Joseph advising me accordingly of how to go about my claim. He was very friendly, efficient and a pleasure to communicate with. Therefore I will like to thank him for the wonderful service I have received thus far and also for the speedy processing of my claim. I sincerely believe that it is who you speak to on the other end of the phone that results in speedy service. I also will like to thank Wayne Love for his polite service and advice regarding my stock-in-transit claim. Wayne also came accross as a very pleasant person. He was very helpful and my thanks goes out to him for his excellent advice. I feel very proud to be insured with Momentum and would like to place on record my thanks and appreciation to Joseph and Wayne and would advise anyone who is looking for insurance to contact Momentum.
