I got involved n the car accident with SA Underwriters client. he knocked me at the back while I was driving free way. he admitted everything to me and laid a claim to his insurance company paid excess and everything he was cooperating he gave me claim number and everything. but his insurance refused to pay me. they told me it was my fault, I don't how can I cause or avoid the accident caused by the car behind me while driving straight on freeway. I never change lane or anything of that sort. SA Underwriters is pathetic and useless they should close their business because they don't know how to treat clients. you will end up having enemies because of this insurance company they don't deliver. the simple and straight forward accident they want to take to court because they know very well that you can't afford lawyers. wish they burn in together with their lawyers. now I have to pay for the car that I don't have thanks to them and their client.
