Loss of Income Claim Not Processed

I am insured by Claredon Transport Underwriters which is underwritten by Hollard. I have been working through my broker Mr Yaccoob Sader from Yessure Brokers since the 21st of October 2013 but have received minimal assistance and the claim is yet to be resolved. My taxi was involved in an accident, it was authorized for repairs and went in on the 12th of September 2013 and the repairs were finished on the 7th of October 2013. I understand that according to the policy, in the event of a claim the company will pay me R400 per day for a maximum of 15 working days from the date of repairs where authorized by the company.

I have tried to contact Mr Sader on several occasions and he has told me that he will get back to me but to no avail. On the 4th of November 2013, I called his office (011 475 9532) and spoke to Zodwa who informed me that they had no problem with the payout but the hold up was coming from Hollard who were refusing to pay out.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the manner this claim is being handled, please may you assist me.
