Still waiting for my refund??

After my last complaint a representative of African Bank contacted me. Natalie was very helpful and assured me that the refund will be processed and I can expect the funds in my bank account the following day.

It's a week later and there's still no refund. I've tried to call numerous times and left messages - again to no avail.
