Debited my account and REFUSES TO REFUND ME

I recently discovered that African bank has been debiting (R425) my account every month for the past two years without my knowledge/approval. I contacted them telephonically and also went to the bank in roslyn to demand my refund. They (Johana and James from Roslyn) told me they WILL NOT refund me since I didnt tell them to stop and they also told me the monney was for the credit card which I never had and the admited that I dont have a credit card but stil l they wont refund me. I have my bank statement to as my evidence
I asked to see the manager and I was told they dont have a manager
I have been African Bank's customer for the past years and I didnt realise I was being ripped-off..
I need my refund and I am taking further steps
