Good day,

I would like to express my disappointment at African Bank, since they took two instalments in one month and my account is not in arrears.
I made several calls to the bank requesting that the refund me, the bank promised to refund me within 3 days and today being day 4, I am told that I should wait for another 24-48 hours.

This is really not fair, I can't pay twice in a month while my account is up to date and the sad thing is it is I still have to follow up with them
