I tried to pay a traffic fine using both their new and old systems, neither worked as it said that teh account (as on teh fine) didn't exist but I see it has subsequently charged by credit card twice!
I tried phoning the call centre (listed on teh new site but not teh old) and gave up after 15 minutes.
This doesn't seem to be a trustworthy set up!
