I registed a claim on the 5th September online and an SMS came through with a ref number: 13030 that if no one calls me within 48hrs i must call 0860212223. On the 9th September a Monday i called my R25 airtime was finished because i didnt get to speak to a consultant i register another claim get a ref: 13057, today Wednesday a week later after the incident no one from Absa IDirect called me. I bought another artime today tried to call the lines are busy still i was on hold for 30 minutes What do I do now?
