Absa idirect, waiting for documentation

With my first car that I insured I had to drive to Absa to get insurance documentation as they just never sent it to me.

I recently got a new car and again still no documentation after a month. My monthly premium has gone off but they don't even know half the details of my car so I'm probably paying more than I should and I don't even know if I'm fully covered or not so I'm scared to drive my new car in case something happens and the insurance won't pay out due to outstanding information.

Two consultants phoned me when I emailed idirect for details, they where going to email me the necessary documentation but I have received nothing yet and I don't have the time to drive there for it or phone them again.

I am now considering another insurance company.
