Incompetent and unknowledgable staff

I recently graduated and wanted to change banks and get a cheque account. I'm always hearing good things about fnb so I decided to go there.

What a disappointment. It took me three visits before I could open an account, because each time I went they would tell about something else I needed to bring. Instead of telling me on the first visit I received this information in bits and pieces.

Now after 3 visits I don't even have the cheque account I wanted because on the last visit I was supposed to bring my degree, which was not mentioned on my previous visits. I am a new graduate veterinarian and my graduation is only in April so I I'm supposed to wait until then before I can get my desired account. Which will only have taken me 4 visits to the branch.
