Insurance Claim on Cell Phone

I contacted Virgin Money to claim and file a report on a cell phone which was covered by my policy. I received a call back from Verna in the Durban Call Centre. Verna was incredibly efficient and understood what needed to be done and promised to call back by the end of the following working day.

I received a call back in under 24 hours to say that the claim would be paid out. Thank you Verna for your highly efficient service and promptness in attending to this claim. My child is brainless without her phone. The lesson learnt, is over-insure these items as they cant be replaced, most times due to models going out of manufacture. And always be aware when out and about at night, there is definitely a syndicate working in certain areas who target people with specific brands!!
