A lady drove into my car more than a month ago. I sent the quotes and all the applicable information to the broker that sent it on to Santam. She promise me feedback from Santam, but they don't bother to contact me at all. Not even a call informing you what the status is and why they don't come back to you. Is it really so difficult to pick up a phone?
