My car has been in for repairs at a Panel Beater that is apparently Santam accredited. It's been more than 4months now and no one in Santam seems to be able to give me any feedback. Every time I phone and ask for an explanation on the poor service and how it can be possible for a Panel Beater (Indibano Auto Body Services) to be on their panel if you receive this kind of service, they just promise to get back to me. Using a cheap backyard panel beater is costing Santam even more. I have been asking to speak to a manager of Santam, but alas.
